A little bit of black magic is mixed in with the astrological meanings behind Scorpio, the 8th house and Pluto. Themes involved usually entail something of a walk through the fires of hell, and some kind of opportunity for a magical transformation and possibility of being reborn again in the metaphorical sense. Pluto people are like black magicians and very hypnotic. Hefty descriptions, metaphors and symbols allocated to Plutonian astrology patterns in the natal chart give these people the most powerful potentials available to them. Many Pluto people need some kind of creative activity to express and give form to their DARKEST, deepest thoughts and feelings. Continue reading

In Planets in Scorpio Part 1, Ascendant and Mercury, I talked about Ascendant/Rising and Mercury in the sign of Scorpio. In this hub, Planets in Scorpio Part 2: Mars, Venus and Moon, I will be talking about mars, Venus, and moon in Scorpio. Again this does not specifically refer to the sun sign in Scorpio (some similarities may apply however).
Mars in Scorpio
Your Mars is in Scorpio, in the planet of action, sexuality/sexual expression, and energy. Mars in Scorpio is a fairly decent position for Mars to be in. Remember that Mars rules the sign of Aries, and was (or is, depending on who you ask) the Continue reading
When you first meet someone what planet do you see? Do you see the sun sign, moon sign, ascendant sign, etc? It is tricky to say what personal planet someone first sees in a person. Even so, it’s fun to try and take a go at it.
As I repeated many many times in previous hubs, my theory pretty much goes like this:
When someone first meet you (and vice versa) they meet your ascendant sign. After a while once they get to talking with you they meet your Mercury and Venus signs concurrently. It is on this occasion you laugh, joke, and get to know each other more. After you both depart, deciding that you Continue reading
Those born under the Scorpio zodiac is one of the more complicated people to deal with. This is not something that can be avoided, though. Both Scorpios and non-Scorpios will have to accept the fact that their paths will cross one way or another. There are people who fear dealing with Scorpios not because they are afraid of them but because they might not know how to handle these people.
Scorpio in the First House. The first house is all about personality and self presentation as well as Continue reading
Pluto IN 1st HOUSE – Pluto in your 1st house, indicates that you have a powerful need to in some way re-mould your character at certain points in your life. Pluto represents the force of change and transformation, with this planet in the house of the personal self you will periodically need to clear your life of certain structures that you feel are limiting your growth, such as a bad relationship or job. If you do not recognise or express the energy of Pluto within yourself, you may unconsciously act in ways that provoke someone else into doing the job for you, so the other person breaks up the relationship, or your boss gives you the sack. In these cases you will see this as a crisis, until you are able to admit that this was what you needed, and secretly desired. Continue reading
Prepare for a great release and awakening in power as this week’s solar eclipse and New Moon in Scorpio makes its powerful effect on the encounters of personal lives. The partial solar eclipse, occurring Oct. 23, 2014, is said to be the beginning of great relief to many signs and when the eclipse hits its peak, 48% sun visibility will be present.
On the afternoon of Thursday, Oct. 23, 2014, the Moon will pass in front of the Sun.
What we’ll see is a partial solar eclipse, where the Moon passes along a chord of the Sun’s face, never completely blocking it out. At maximum eclipse the Sun will look like a thick crescent, the dark disk of theMoon moving across it.
This is a very cool event, and it favors Canada and the United States; it’ll be visible in nearly the entirety of both countries. The exception is…

A total lunar eclipse will take place this Wednesday, October, 8, 2014. East Asia and west U.S.A. will get a small glimpse of this as it takes place 6:52 AM EST; the center of the Pacific Ocean will get the best view as the map below displays:
A “Blood Moon” is going to be highly probable:
And note that Uranus and the Moon will be visible with a good telescope or pair of binoculars if one is in Hawaii at the time of the eclipse:
And here’s the horoscope of the eclipse relative to Washington D.C.:
Because the Moon can represent the people or population on a mundane basis (and Uranus represents unusual or rebellious tendencies (as well as technology and surprises)), the conjunction of the Moon and Uranus in the seventh house may represent “rebellious or unusual people” involved in a legal or a similar important confrontation standoff with “the leader” or “the state” (as…
