A Mantrik or mantric is someone who specializes in practicing mantra. In India the word mantrik & similar names are synonymous with magician in different languages. Generally a mantrik is supposed to derive his powers from the use of charms, mantras, spells and other methods. A Hindu mantrik is known to worship Kali and is often mentioned in the same breath as tantric, though there are subtle differences.
A Mantrik is known for his use of sorcery and magic and can be called upon for the casting of spells and magic, divination, astrology and all aspects of sorcery. Mantriks are normally associated with the darker side of magic and its relevant practices.

Some villagers opposed the practice and came together under the leadership of ZP member Avinash Bramhankar. Some senior villagers tried in vain to convince the ‘mantrik’ and women to stop their superstitious activities which were disturbing the peace of the village.
Finally on Saturday, villagers gathered in front of the office of the gram panchayat to solve the vexed issue. The ‘mantrik,’ the seven women and their supporters were called for the meeting, but they did not turn up. So villagers went to the village temple and called them. [T]he mantrik attacked the villagers and the women abused them.
The villagers lodged a complaint at Sakoli police station and police immediately reached the spot and arrested the police patil and sarpanch, who were supporting the ‘mantrik’ and the women.

Mantrik, I am not into thievery. All you had to do is point at the picture: “Kapala Used by Mantrik (Wiki)”. So much for do as we will. 😉
There was no tag on the photo, that was my point. I do not think it is wrong of me to point that out or to ask for the appropriate credit of my photograph. I have no problem with you using it at all, so it is a little annoying to hear you being so defensive about it. At least you have rectified it now, so thank you.
Secondly I feel that our understanding of the Thelemic quote ‘Do what thy will’, differs somewhat in its meaning and our interpretation of it.
Perhaps you can expand on your understanding of Thelema in an article on your site if you could be so kind, maybe I will do the same. It is always good to hear another point of view on the subject.
Mantrik, do not waste your time telling me what to think, write, or do. You are a guest on my site, do show so. Either you are still mistaken in your assumption, or you wanted extra credit. Fine by me. No need for redundancy. If you have an interesting article, you can drop a link.
I do not wish extra credit I only want what you are legally bound to do and that is for CC images.

You are propagating your site with other peoples work and you do not have the courtesy to acknowledge the original author correctly. You are trying to say that you have had a tag on my photo all the time giving accreditation to my work and yet you still have no tags on other photos that you have taken from other people.

The picture of Fedayins is taken from ‘Hermetics.org’ no accreditation on picture
The image of Pan belongs to ‘pantheons.com’
It is not enough to put a line at the bottom of the article attributing only the written work, each picture you take from somebody must have the correct accreditation.
Your site is hosted by WordPress who have strict guidelines for copyright infringements, and rules for attributing work taken from elsewhere and being published on their sites.
Before I am allowed to submit a formal DMCA report on your site, WordPress state that I have to raise the issue with you, this is exactly what I have done by commenting in this thread.

Maybe someone at wordpress can explain to you that when you move the pointer at the picture, your name comes up. The picture came from Wiki. “Mantrik Kapala”. Silly me for figuring out what they meant.
This is in case you continue your witch hunt. I can understand if Wiki has removed the pic by now. It is not worth the hassle. If you wanted the pic removed all you had to do was say so. It shall be done, to save myself from wasting any more time on this. Thanks for trying to point it out again.
ANYONE ELSE, all that is needed is to ask me to remove a picture, or even an article. When the link you use to comment is to your website, it will be done. There is no need for hassle. This is not a professional nor commercial blog. Okay, on to the next article. It does not post itself. 😉

Thank you for removing my picture from your site. As for as I know the picture is still available on Wiki, perhaps you know different, and is still free for all to use under the CC license with the correct attribution to author and not attributed to Wiki as it is not their property.
